Product Introduction
This multi head ultrasonic welding machine is upgraded multi-point ultrasonic plastic welding equipment, equipped with 2,3 or 4 independent ultrasonic welding heads. Multiple welding points can work synchronously at one time, which doubles or triples production efficiency compared with single-head ultrasonic welders.
Each welding head has separate ultrasonic generator and power regulation system, can adjust welding parameters independently for different joint positions of one workpiece. It is perfectly suitable for large-size plastic parts with multiple welding positions, widely used in automotive interior trims, large home appliance shells, filter housings, plastic pallets and automotive battery casings. Compatible with PP, ABS, PE, PC, PA and all common thermoplastics.
