Automobile shock absorber assembly machine

Our company is currently designing and manufacturing a new piece of equipment for assembling automotive shock absorbers. The new equipment utilizes advanced technologies: visual inspection and color checking. Visual inspection verifies the material's dimensions to determine if it's the correct material for the product. If the wrong material is inserted, the machine won't be able to proceed. Color checking uses a SICK sensor to determine the correct color of the parts being loaded. If the color is incorrect, the machine won't be able to proceed. The addition of these two new technologies has significantly reduced the error rate in product assembly.
