4. Machine Main Section Description

Feeding Unit:

Feeding unit adops floating system to increase material fault tolerance rate, clamping action controlled by time, simple and fast adjustment, feeding length with automatic compensation, feeding and material output are with own compensation data, automatic adjust after input without manual adjustment

Cutting Unit:

Cutting system adopts oil pressure propulsion, cutting blade vertical slide up and down type, stable and efficient. Multiple sets of gear transmission, large torque, suitable for heavy cutting, with fast and slow two speed mode so to adopt to different material thickness.   

5. Equipment Production Process

To put whole bundle pipes onto the pipe storage rack, set the required cutting length, start auto cutting.

Please make sure that the pipes can not bend or deformed, or pipe ends with big burrs.
