SD-600S is our large-size servo-driven hot plate plastic welding machine, specially developed for welding big-size thermoplastic workpieces. Different from ordinary cylinder hot plate welders, full servo closed-loop control brings ultra-stable pressing speed and micron-level positioning precision, effectively avoiding workpiece deformation and reducing defective rate for mass production.

The 600mm effective working platform meets the production demand of large plastic parts like automobile water tanks, washing machine shells, large storage containers and battery casings. The whole machine adopts thickened carbon steel frame, uniform high-temperature heating plate and intelligent touch parameter control system. All welding parameters (temperature, heating time, cooling time, pressure, speed) can be digitally adjusted and stored for quick product switching.
