This equipment is developed and manufactured according to customer requirements.

I. Equipment performance

1. The frame is made of 80*80*6mm square tube, with surface powder coating finish

2. The working table is made of 20MM steel plate, which has good wear resistance.

3. Jig: the die steel shall be processed by medium wire cutting machine and with good wear resistance.

4. Components are loaded manually to vibration discs.

5. Control system: Delta PLC+ WINVIEW touch screen operation, user-friendly man-machine interface, simple and convenient operation.

6. Equipped with safety grating, it can effectively avoid injuries.

Corresponding moving parts are equipped with protective devices, which can better protect operator’s safety.
