2.. EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION

1). The frame is made of 40*40*6mm square tube, with sheet metal sealing plate around, surface powder coating finish.

2).The working table is made of 20MM steel plate, which has good wear resistance. Table is electroplating.

3). Jig: the die steel shall be processed by wire cutting machine, which can guarantee the smoothness of the die blade groove and will not cause the deformation, thus guaranteeing the quality of the impeller.

4). Riveting mechanism: to adope electrical cylinder to press, in strong force, so the product is beautiful in appearance.
